110% correct!...they are a MUST!...this is the most important gauge in a hi-performance boat!...even the tachs are a distant second!....

actually ron a lot have gone to this...they attach blocks to the ends and have #'s scribed in them.

Stainless marine is just now comming out with the pop up style. Give them a call
