Who's The Electronics Expert?

I have a problem that someone gave to me, I'm not an electronics expert, but I do remember solving something like that in a class a few years ago. I couldn't find the material. Well here's the problem.

A 100kohm resistor and a 3microF cap are connected to a 32V source.
How long does it take to charge the cap to 24V?:rolleyes:
They are in series.
