when i clicked on it, brought me to a screen to sigh in or join. i am a member and was signed in???help!!!

It means it is in a quarantined area that only admins can get to. That thread had posts that were not in good taste and violated our Rules and Policies.

Why not move it to the unsensored area?

there is difference between inappropriate for General Discussion and downright inappropriate for anywhere on this board.
