How many $ for 496HO / 525?

A friend of mine is considering the purchase of a new 496HO or a new 525 to put in his boat. A dealer that he has been talking with told him that the 496HO would cost $10,000.00 and the 525 would be $20,000.00 - $30,000.00. I'm sure these figures are way low. Does anyone know for sure what these packages would cost to buy outright?

I think I have seen the 496HO / Bravo 1 package listed for 18K. Motor only, 12K. I have no idea about the 525.
