She's pretty inspirational so I thought some of you would might enjoy reading about her.

Yeah, Bridie (that's what we call her at home) rocks. In fact, she learned to drive my father's Corvette with a 6 speed manual. She also can drive my Baja with no problem. Both feats are pretty amazing considering how weak her right arm and hand are (ie. she uses her left to turn the ignition of her Jeep).

She just did a round of interviews in DC for the position and will find out if she is a finalist at the end of this month.

That story meant a lot to me.........Darren and I both know that Cerebral Palsy is only a "speed bump" if you have the right attitude...and your sister has that attitude.

I'm impressed by her regularly. She definetly sets a high standard that I'm not sure I could ever achieve.
