I recently bought a truck down in the Carolinas.
I had BIG problems so I went to the local courthouse and filed a small claim against him (sm. claims go up to $5000 here).
I received a prompt payment shortly after.
He would have had to come to defend himself up here & figured he didn't have a good case anyway.
I don't know what the law is like up there but you should go the the Court & ask.

I'd give it a little while, then post his name!! (I think I know who you are talking about) And if it's the guy I'm thinking about then post a topic about the situation on the other Message boards he hangs out on!!!

I hate to see this happen to anyone!! You, Guy's would not believe how many people take forever to pay for their Loved one's Funeral!! Some never pay at all!!!

Fun Home you can always do like the home in Georgia did, or don't bury till paid , Here i know they don't bury till paid here. hell Leave them on display .dig them up and send back the percentage of the body that was not paid .its prob all against the law i know.but satisfaction would be nice.

I file my fair share of cases each month in the Pinellas County Court for a client with three large multi-family housing projects in Clearwater. If you give me the details, I'll prep the complaint for you and send it down for you to file and prosecute on your own. Perhaps that will shake the 9k loose.
