Done At Last!!
 

Well I just want to let the world know I finished rebuilding my outdrive!! It took a long time, but I have purchased the tools needed to do the job right! I learned a lot from SterndriveSpec and Maxx. I will be doing my own rebuilds from here on in and any one else that would like me to go through their drive and set up the gears properly.

My Bravo has been modified with SS towers and XR gears, so the set up is not your usual deal. I am hoping to install it on the boat in the coming week and maybe even splash that bad boy before the docks are in.. a record for me!!

Congrat's!! How hard was it?? Was it tough to get all the right tools to do the job right?? I have always tought that if a guy was to do something like that on the side, he could keep as busy as he wanted to!!

Dick... Are you plan on running around bay city.. Or do you just stay on the west side all the time with the boat?

Good to hear from you.. it isnt that hard. I got most of the tools needed from Chris and alot of advice. Still learning, but I am confident that I can put them together right. I tore down three more in the last week and I am sure they will go back together much quicker than the first.

I am working in Lansing now.. 100mi drive to work and back.. ugh. So I think when I do boat it will be on the left coast.. When it gets warm .. you should head this way.

So Dick, some night this week....supposed to be warm.......Lake Mac is chocolate milk colored......ramp docks are in.....my motor is not done yet ( :mad: ) .....I'm a good line monkey......navigator......pinch hit driver.......you getting the hint yet??? I WANNA GO FOR A RIDE!!!!!!!! I'm outa work at 4:00 most days. :D
