Question OT: Quick Powerpoint question !!

How does one go about copying, or taking off, photos from a powerpoint slideshow and copy them to the hard drive or disk ???

Right click on the picture, then do 'save picture as', type a name and select the location you want to save it too.

It doesn't give me the "save as" option when I right click on the photo while in Powerpoint.......

Anyone........

Don't double-click on the file from the browser window.
Open up PP first and 'open' the files from the menu. This will allow you to view the actual slides, and not just the slideshow presentation.

Then just right-click on any pic on any slide and you can 'copy' and 'paste'.

Paste into your favorite photo program and save away.

Another option is:
When viewing the slideshow, press the 'printscreen' button.
This will take a screen capture of whatever is the active window on your screen and place it in the clipboard...paste away in your photo program.
