Going to the Billy Joel/Elton John Concert Tonight
 

I have been looking forward to this for a long time. Unfortunately, I had a really ****ty day. I hope I can still enjoy the show.:(

I've seen them both individually....great showmen.....should be a great show........:D :D

Where are they playing? In the middle of a frozen lake?:)

Does Billy Joel still own that boat company he started? He was building small cruiser style boats as a hobby. Classy lookin boats too, lots of vintage appeal to them.

Ice was shifting so they moved it to the snow bank on the shore.:D Yes we DO have snow banks yet!:confused:

I saw them together several years ago. Great time. Their music is timeless. I saw Billy Joel individually once.

What's the show one bangs the drummer the other one bangs his porsche in a tree? I'd be singing the blues:D

My wife and i went and seen Cher in Topeka a few weeks ago for her farewell tour. Awesome show. She's had a great career.

Possibly the greatest concert I ever saw........ Billy Joel, live anywhere near Long Island, is amazing...and Elton John still has enough chops to hang in there...But Billy steals the show.

Saw them last year in Boston. Joel had an off nite. Elton was the man (or whatever he is) and carried the show. He praised Joel for hanging tough with a really bad cold. Next nites show was cancelled and the piano man checked himself into re-hab a few days later. Must of been some cold...

I have seen the show many times... for one reason - it is the best show their is - in my mind anyway. I am a huge Joel fan, but when you see them play together, you can see Elton is on a whole different talent level. Let me know what you thought after the show.

I saw the Tampa show a few months ago. It was the same weekend as the Tampa boat show. Made for a great weekend.
