Probably something to do with those two little words from Hell.........needs work.

The ad could use a little more information. The advertiser could post some additional pictures which are always helpful. Maybe a description of what kind of work and the extent it needs.

Or the TR5 drives - never trust the British to produce any kind of reliable machinery. Why, my buddy never had a TR, but he did have an MGB and it was nothing but problems... ;)

Shouldn't it read TRS drive?

I happen to like trs drives. I actually built that boat... its an SE, not an RS(note the small porthole in the bow). The 33 sonic is a hard sell because all of them came out of a 38' mold. The 33's ride bow heavy.

Breakup value on the boat is about 6500 $

I just think that if the hull is solid someone could make a nice boat out of it.

A 22 year old salt water boat is going to need ALOT of work.
