Restaurants around Marathon Key ??
 

I'm going to the Keys in two weeks and will be staying on Duck Key near Marathon. I'm trying to find a few restaurants that are accessible by water (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) so that I can stay out of the car and be on the water more.

There are many restaurants listed on the web, but I can't tell if any have docking.

Any suggestions?

The Quay is a very nice restaurant that I believe has docking. Give them a call. The food is excellent.

Faro Blanco on the bayside, about 1/2 hour ride. Boot key, ocean side, I will be there on the 14th, staying at duck key for the race.

Seven Mile Grill has docking. On the gulf side at the bridge. I was just telling Debbie last night that was where I got the best snapper sandwich I ever had.

I didn't know you had to go to a restaurant to have a snapper sandwich.:D

Go back north a little to Islamorada!

If it smells like trout, get the hell out!:eek:

Whale harbor Seafood buffet!!!!! Maybe you can dock with the fishing boats.

Also Bentley's Steak house. No docking but a great place to eat.

Only go to Key West if you are interested in a Trouser Trout Sandwich!

There is a tiny little place called the Stuffed Pig its not at all fancy but its a great place for breakfast. Not sure if there are docks out back or not, its on the Gulf side close to the 7mi. bridge

No dock at Stuffed Pig but a $3.00 cab ride from Fiara Blanco

Is the Wooden Spoon still open? We always called it the Greasy Spoon.
