NASCAR VS SCOPE Poker run

WHY is it that SCOPE schedules the poker run in HAVASU every year the same weekend as the only NASCAR race in CA? I know I am gonna catch all kinds of $hit for this but I know many of us are fans of both and I think its something to consider.:confused:
