World Kilo Record @ Smoke On The Water Poker Run
I've heard rumors that there will be attempts to break the kilo world record at the Smoke On The Water Poker Run in Grand Haven Michigan this summer. I've checked their web site and I can not confirm this... Has anyone heard more information on this?
Has anyone else been to this event? I was there last year for the first time and it was incredible. Please let me know what you think about it or any info you might have on the kilo record

I think Marc Blondin (organizer) had a post on this topic
can't pronounce the owner's last name, but the boat is Sorcerer. an incredible skater powered by top fuel dragster type engines the owner builds for a living. that's all the info I know, other than in dale Ernhardt's words .... he "blowed up" one of his motors last year on the leg to Holland. I'm sure they are coming back for this run well prepared and ready to kick some butt!!!! I can't wait!!
do a search on smoke on the water and you will find a lot of discussions on who is meeting whom and where, etc.
should be a great time, running or in my case, observing from the water.
