OT: Kitty Hawk Time Share for Rent - Cheap
 

I know this is short notice and way OT, but I own a time share at Sea Scape Beach & Golf Villas that I am not able to use next week. Check in is Saturday May 3rd at 4pm. If anyone would like to take advantage of some beach or golf time next week let me know. I will let it go for $400, which will cover my maintenance fee. I would also like to sell it. Other week 18 units are listed in the $3 - 4K range. Let me know if you are interested. The resort is affiliated with RCI and II. Here are the specifics:

· 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Sleeps 6, fully equipped Kitchen, sheets, towels, etc.
· Golf is damn near free - resort pays for greens fee (max. 8 rounds) you pay $20 for the cart/per round.
· 2 Tennis Courts, 2 Outdoor Pools and 1 Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room, Exercise Room, Laundry, etc.
· Mile Post 3, I believe, directly behind Wave Riding Vehicles and Brew Thru.

Come on now....this is a killer deal for a week in a nice Outer Banks condo.

I guess I may have to take some time off next week and go lay on the beach for a couple of days. :D
