Not what would be quantified as Big Air, but a little bit of Air, considering these are on the Ohio River, and my Shooting platform, was a Beak Boat that was doing 75 MPH :drink:

The site designer should have been fired. Video does not load. Boat needs a wraparound windscreen. How are you gonna put two big blocks side by side in a 7'6" beam??

I wish I had a picture of Titos standing up the OSO Gladiator straight up on it's transom in Gov't Cut years ago. I was too busy holding on in the F2 Top Gun. He was in front of us, and I could literally read the GMC logo across the bow. He came down and completely disappeared in front of a massive roller.

Hey Tim,
You got one of me in there somewhere after how many years of trying!:lolhit: |
All great shots guys. I love this thread!
Here's one in the 20 Cigarette from a couple of seasons ago. Just a nice little "bip" off the top of the cap. The boat landed nice & smooth as expected, & we kept on cruisin down the lake: http://img714.imageshack.us/img714/146/searay7.jpg |

I know, it's a Cig, it'll take any water thrown at it!:drink: Nice, Dean |

I know, it's a Cig, it'll take any water thrown at it!:drink: Nice, Dean My 20 Cigarette is strangely easy to navigate rougher conditions in than the 20ft Formula I grew up driving as a kid, & the Cigarette is a lot smaller of a boat than the Formula was, both width & overall length. I'm definitely not saying that to try to sound like I'm making the Cigarette anymore than it is.....a 19-20ft boat. It just breaks the waves a little different, & causes itself to level out almost naturally, rather than by a specific trim position. That's all part of what makes the boat so fun to drive! Here's another one from that sequence: http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/5043/searay9.jpg My buddy that you can see on the Port side, hadn't ever ridden in the 20 before. He was yelling for more after each "bump", which makes it even more fun when your passengers are loving it. |
Here's a neat sequence from the helicopter one day during the week. We just happened to be in the right place at the right time to get the pics:

Awesome air pics. We were at Grand two years ago and saw a helo pad on a dock in Duck Creek. WAY cool. Hope to make it back up some day. Pretty lake.
