mine was in the mail today!!! going to check it out tonight, I sent a check to Extreme for a subscription, it is a great mag, I am at a loss why fred did not like the magazine???? what's going on?

I got mine but I do not impressed with either issue. It is a lot like Hot Boat and I don't care for it either. I sure I am in the minority but it is just not my kind of mag. I call it a west coast style. I am an avid reader of Powerboat,Poker Runs America and Lakeland Boating.

Being kind of in the marketing biz myself......some constructive criticism:

1. Use better paper (yes I know, it's expensive)
2. Better quality photo shots. They look like they were taken with personal home digital cameras.

You have to make a new statement, not a "me too" look alike. Yes, it's about content too, but you don't get a second chance at a first impression. Image is EVERYTHING!
