What is a fair price for:
a) new one ,
b) rebuilt ,
c) labor to install w/plenty of room to work?

Labor is easy. Do it yourself. 4 bolts and a few hose claps.
If you have it done, they'll probably make you buy their part anyway at full Merc retail.

It's a very easy job. You can get the pump from Napa. I have ordered from these guys also. http://www.amarket.com/im454p.htm What's the pump going on?????
