Thumbs up The Dyno Results Are In!!!!!!!!!!

the old 540's that sank with the old eliminator daytona are alive and well again for there new mission the the 32 skater. the AGITATOR will get its new look on life with this set up and i want to know what you guys think. 555cid's w/1271 blowers with blower shop intercoolers. 13psi boost with 50/50 mix race gas/94 pump 34deg timing all in at 3000rpm. 1230hp at 7500rpm 1115fp torque at 5500. has over 1000fp torque from 3000to6800rpms. its over the hill at 7200rpm. boat has crashboxes with 1.25 speedmaster #5's spinning in with 17.5x31 pitch 3 blades. i think the boat should run 145 with no trouble with this set up and also i think 3 blades will be better for top end with less tail lift. WHAT DO THE OSO GODS THINK??????????????? also thanks khadley,cooper,bill b, and whitey for the help.

Great numbers.

At 6800 you should be around 145, but I think you told me you were going to spin them higher than that.

I have the t&d rockers in mine and have been very happy with them. Can't wait to come down and see you on the water.

Good luck and be safe.

How many hours do you hope to run the springs and lifters? As you know that is the downfall to solid rollers, but they sure are nice for making power. I would say 40 hrs. max and you should be ok. So far with a .715" lift solid roller cam I haven't had any problems at 25 hrs. on the current motor, but I only turn a measley 6300 RPM. Should be awesome!!!

Charlie;

What lifters are you running? What are your cam specs?

What springs?

Those are sweet dyno numbers, can't wait to hear those motors screaming at 7500.

I think everyone is hinting around the same question ,why cam it to turn so many ?As you know the faster you turn it the more H.p.
6500 is alot for something you want to live with that much spinning mass !!! Hey I think its great and hope your very happy but what are some numbers in the 5500 to 6500 range ,,H.P. and tor. ??

Please don't read this wrong I just am curious ??
I do ALOT of 540's and 565's with blowers on the dyno !!!
