that link to PSD vs Duramax vs Cummins
I searched but could not find it....
A while back a link was posted to a comparison test of Ford PSD 6.0 vs GM Duramax vs Dodge Cummins all pulling a (?) 17,000# loaded trailer..... does anyone remember that link??? It was not done by any of the big three, but by some outside company or enthusiasts. Help! |

No that is not the one.... This was a serious pulling test. Sort of a long drag race pulling 17,000# trailers & the Ford passed the Duramax. The dodge wasn't even in the race so to speak. The Popular Mechanics test wasn't truly a comparison under static identical circumstances. I also think it used a gas engine in one truck???. Let's keep lookin' !!:eek: |
