So....if I'm doing the math right
LLC owes APBA $31,000 plus $49,000 = $80,000 overall. APBA owes LLC $22,000 AFTER the above is paid. Therefore $80,000 minus $22,000= $58,000 needed by LLC to fulfill obligation. Is that the gist of the financial issue? T2x |
I come up with $58k as well...if it were only about $$$...

T2x Wasn't there something in another thread about roughly half a million that APBA Detroit overcharged/withheld from the LLC? Sort of shifts the balance a little. Plus I don't understand the "inaction on the by-laws" excuse. That's like me telling the bank that I don't owe them on my mortgage anymore because I had my fingers crossed when I signed the paperwork. |
