I've held out long on this one. Just beware of the guy that makes hats on Duvall, he tried to knife someone that didn't want one of his hats. We saw him on the street and the next day it was in the KW papers.

Yes, He is very talented. lol, However there are many of these people that are on the streets making these hats out of coconut husk and palm fralms etc. So who knows which one you saw...
