Wisconsin boat titles
I am looking to buy a boat with a Wisconsin title. Can anyone tell me about the transfer of a Wisconsin title, does it need notarized, do I need to be in present when it is notarized, is there a separate title for the trailer or motor? The seller is going to meet me half way just don't want any surprises.
Thanks in advanced

title
i would suggest getting it notarized and...................
don't let them tell you that they don't title trailers.
or you will have to go though police check and pay tax.

There is a title for a boat trailer. There is only a certificate of origin for the boat though....not a title. Not sure about needing the title to be notarized....I'm sure you will be able to tell if it's real. If you'd like, email me and maybe I can scan a picture of the title for my trailer....could also scan a picture of the cert. of origin if you would like to see what one looks like????
