Pleasure Boating in Grand Haven this weekend....anyone else???
 

Left the race boat at Lake X and took the pleasure boat home....looking forward to PLEASURE boating this weekend in Grand Haven!...anyone else going to be there???...we have plans to hang out with brian, aka fast forward, and his wife....we also met some really great people that came to marathon to watch the race that live there.

AND if your interested in buying the AT AUDACITY,,,,please let me know...i'll talk ya out for a test ride!

I think I met you before at the Snoop Dogg concert at Joe Louis Arena. Me and my homies was thinking bout taking the 14' flat bottom over there for some fun on the big lake...maybe we can hook up. Holla

Looks like a NE wind which will do well for the temp and water in GH. Last weekend was an E wind and I went from Saugatuck to GH about 20ft off the shore. It was warm and flat as a pancake. It looks like 65 so an offshore wind will keep the temp on the lake about the same. We will be out so we will look for you. A buddy just bought an 86 24ft Formula for $5,000 and this boat is sweet. BB 454 .60 over and we timed it last weekend and it runs like new. What a deal, I am so jealous. Alpha drive so I told him no hole shots:D The water is too cold to swim:D 51 deg:crazy:

very cool...we have a long idle from SL to the big lake...stop us if ya see us!!...i maybe out on our bayliner and my uncle will be in our boat...i can't stand that idle!!!

It doesn't look like my boat will be ready for Memorial Day weekend, but if it was I would enjoy hookin' up with you for a little wave hoppin'---in fact I still might drive over to GH just to see the boats and what's going on for a bit. I just bought a house and we're about to close on it and then I have to move---there's just a lot on my plate right now and my boat doesn't have very much priority at this time. I may give you a call on your cell, but if I don't see you---have a nice and safe weekend. :)

I just picked up my new boat a 89 skater from a guy in Grand Haven- Spring Lake. It was nice area up there.

OK guys (and gals)....I'm coming in to Grand Haven to pick up my boat from Baker Engineering and will have Saturday to play. Was thinking of taking a ride while I'm there to make sure all is ok! Where do I put in? What do I have to look out for? Anyone going to be out on Saturday morning? I should be picking the boat up around 8:30-9:00ish and from there ready to do whatever. Let me know what you guys are up to and if I can possibly join you if the timing is right?!!!!

If the boat is over 30' be careful the ramps are a little shy of water! I used Harbour town in Muskegon last weekend no problem with a 30' boat. I'll be out Friday afternoon.

not really seeing the pleasue in boat this weekend....but we are here!....just had lunch with the fast forward family...maybe a movie....ahhh yes boating!LOL

I ran from Muskegon to White lake Friday afternoon, cold but clear as a bell...not a cloud in the sky,the lake is dang cold yet pack a winter coat!
