Sell Your Boat!!!
If you have a buyer the first thing you need to do is sell what you got, unless your independently wealthy and can afford more than one
I would be leary of the Check only because of the motor unless you can find out who built it.
The Sonic is a really nice package and Marks boat looks to be in very nice shape.
The Baja might be worth it because you can save some money up front and have money to address some of your concerns if they ever surface.
Good luck in the search but sell yours NOW!

I have had a Baja 22, 272 and now 25 Outlaw. The outlaw handles much better than the other two. Less cockpit than the 272 but overall is a larger boat. 25' w/o swim platform. Mine has a 496Ho and ran about 67-68GPS. I now have a Procharger 3.5lbs and run 75on gps. I have not had any problems with my boat , gelcoat or otherwise. Overall it is an awesome boat for the $. Mine for sale and can be had for 52K.

If your gonna look at AT mine will be in your price range. If you think you like the Sonics ride wait till you try an Active Thunder. Your still going to have the cockpit issue's though. I think there is plenty of room but from your post you may be looking for more.
Motor has 8 hrs since rebuild, Drive has 3 hrs since new, all repowdercoated, everthing is 100% functional down to the last light bulb.
Oh yeah, with the new drive and prop you will be VERY respected on the Hudson....she is runnin (Smilies)
The 25 is still being built but Pat only builds "ordered" boats. The focus has been on the 37's. When I sell mine Im getting another.

You should take a look at the 25 Outlaw Liquid Asset is selling in the boats for sale section. It is an awesome boat. Also has triple rear bolsters which you dont see much. He sees 67-68 GPS any day.
