I've been looking for a new toy for the fiancee and step kid to have fun on with me working so much. It just wasn't in the cards for me to bring the Scarab up to Lake Michigan. I will hopefully have some fun too!!!

Its the new 4 stroke, 4cylinder, turbo charged model with 165HP

Its a BAD boy!!!

I picked it up last weekend. I got, what I think to be a great deal on. Its brand spanking new. And yes, the fiancee knows about water safety after being out it in my boat for the past couple of years. I know how some us feel about these PWC's with idiots on them, but there are a few safe people out there. And by the way,, the step daughter is barely 5, so she won't be on her own for a long time on this.

Hope fully I'll get some positive reviews on this!!!
Be nice!!

:D

Have you rode it yet? How steady is it? what about spray do you stay pretty dry? I have an older Yamaha 1100 waverader and I am constantly getting spray in the face. I have a larger XL1200 and it is really dry. I am just wondering about Honda's entry into the PWC Market. It seems everyone is going to 4-strokes too.

raypanic,

Had all 3 of us out and we stayed dry on it. We had it out about 4:30 in the afternoon on Lake Michighan. It had great balance for all 3 of us on it. I haven't had a chance for just me to be on it yet, so I haven't done a REAL break in on it yet!!

I'm excited to find out what it will run! I've been told between 60 and 70!!

Have had one since last July. What a blast. You will probably only see about 60 out of it, but you will get there really quick... Any one who tells you much faster is mistaking.....Good luck and have fun..............

Did you mean Big Bore conversion? I can't imagine a big block in a jet ski!

29scarab,
You are a lucky man 3 times over now. (Boat, ski, and bikini)

Congrats on getting engaged as well!
