safety jackets- suggestions pawleeze!!!..:)
Hello!
looking to purchase 2 safety jackets/life jackets. Will be used primarily for poker runs etc ... looked at lifeline.. just a little out of the price range, wanting to spend 300-350 each ..... they are a gift for my boyfriend... I'm not too familiar with the product lines available... any suggestions or direction to websites would be appreciated... also want to purchase a few extra ones, just to have.. nothing expensive at all... around 50 or so Thanks in advance!!!....:) |
Well I'm trying the Sospenders brand jackets. They are self inflating and will supposedly keep your head above water if you are unconsious. They are also not very bulky and light weight. Unfortunately they don't provide any impact protection.
You can get them at West Marine for around $150. The lifelines are the best but it wasn't in the budget to by 4 of them. |
Look at Overton's. They have a good selection of $50 jackets.

to the kind soul who pm'd me and opened my eyes to the fact that an extra $100 bucks is worth every penny for many reasons... thankyou...lifeline it is... he'll just just have deal without the mulching mower too this summer...;)
26scarab, ...how ya doing neighbour..:) curious to know who you are and if I know you?.... perhaps we'll see ya on the water!!!... quiet storm.. will check out overton's now... thanks again guys!!! |
