Hey where have you guys been? Haven't seen ya on here lately?:(

I'm here, just been reading alot, actually been very busy at work also, whats new a exciting in NY. Hows the weather up there Shane? Have you splashed the boat yet. I'm in the process of pulling a powerhead, have a leak in my trim cylinder, what a pain in the ass, went down to Marathon race, it was awesome, gearing up for the 4th. When you coming down to Florida?:cool:

Nothing new here except rain, rain, and MORE RAIN! Had both boats in twice this year. That's it. Looking forward to the end of the month to spend more time at the lake.

STOP! DO NOT TAKE OFF THE POWER HEAD! I just replaced a trim ram this spring. I thought I had to pull the powerhead as well. You DON'T! What you need to do is trim the motors as high as they can go or there abouts. This will give full and complete access to the trim ram. It takes two guys but is MUCH easier than removing the power head. Let me know if you have any questions.

Well I like to pull the powerheads just to free up the studs. Its been awhile since I pulled them, so I was gonna kill 2 birds with one stone. If you trim up the motor will you have enough room to pull the guts out of the cylinder?:rolleyes:

What are you doing? Rebuilding or replacing it?
