A Day of Fun & Excitement For Special Athletes From The Special Olympics

Shore Dreams For Kids originally started as “Day On The Bay” By the Day On The Bay Foundation in 1990. The Day On The Bay Foundation successfully produced this event for 10 years and made it what it was up until it’s last year in 2000.

NJ Performance Powerboat Club will restart this great annual tradition in 2003 with the approval of the “Day On The Bay” Foundation.

We are pleased to announce that the date of the event will be July 19, 2003. At this time we look forward to entertaining 400 handicapped (special athletes from the special olympics and their families with race boat displays, face painting, music, entertainment, gifts and a barbecue.

We provide each participant with a “goody bag” loaded with promotional items from various organizations (pens, mugs, key chains, t-shirts, etc.) Perhaps you could support this event with some type of donation. Remember – no donation is too small!

IT’S PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS YOURS WHO ENABLE US TO MAKE THIS A VERY SPECIAL DAY FOR SOME VERY SPECIAL PEOPLE!

It is great to see others supporting the Special Olympics. I have been involved for 8 years now and it such a great feeling seeing the athletes. Here is a link to how we support them with jet ski's.
