Anybody have neon under the hatch or in the stabbin cabin?
How does it hold up to an offshore beating? I dont want to spend a bunch of $$ on neon only to beat it to death on the boat:rolleyes:

bar's will be fine, Street glow 9500 are the best I've had, if they can take the beating of being strapped to the bottom of a car they'll be fine on a boat.

JO, what kind of car are you driving:eek: Civic in an off road ralley:p

Street Glow hold up on boats. If you see Rich Clark, he has a 27 or 29 Fountain with a 502 out on alum a lot, or Ray's blue and white HTM, both running the streetglow with no problems.
Just be sure to buy the tubes, not the wires... |
I think neons are played out on cars now but, I've had them on everything from a jacked up bronco to my lowered camaro with 35 series tire that ride like a go cart I've never broken a bar. Its all in the mounting, the actual bar is very strong. Just make sure that its mounted flat with no stress on it.

If you're going to add the neon to the boat, where are you going to bolt on the dubbs, a carbon fiber hood, and obnoxious rear wing?:D
