Default OT: F-350 Broken Leaf Springs

Any of you had trouble with these on your tow vehicles? My dually has a couple broken on each side (finaly found the source of my rattle). Now that I have to replace them does anyone know of a aftermarket source? BOOT?
BTW I posted over on the ford truck board and have had a couple of weak responses including "I found one in a junk yard that was the same lenth off of a van"
Thanks, Scott

What year do you have? Didn't they change the front ends in around 99?

I have never seen it or herd of it on the newer tucks .....
We do a lot of heavy hauling . Probably more then a pickup should see . between our trucks and customer trucks we have sold to them ,(around 40-50 since 1999) ,I've never had the problem . Go to a good spring shop and have them made . Or just go threaten to sue Ford and get them from them ! Good luck ...

What have you been towing that would have put anykind of weight or excessive travel on the springs ? JOE

Thanks for all the info. I don't feel so bad now
It is a 99 F-350 Dually the only thing I tow is the boat and that is not too often.
The noise was driving me crazy it took all winter to find it I kept thinking it was a loose running board.
I will check out a local spring shop and see what they have to say.
Shocking that OSO gives me at least 8 replies that were worth something and the Diesel stop gave 2
Thanks again!
