Just found out the 38' still won't be done until the 4th :(
Big bummer, but I made at LOTO in a 21' over Memorial so I don't think that I should have a problem cruising that for the weekend ;) :D :D

It DID get ready Mem., but as we were getting ready to shove off (with the motors already warmed and trailer put away) I reved up to about 3000 on starboard motor twice and the timing chain blew sending metal all over :(
Heads are off to machine shop and crank etc. coming out for an almost entire rebuild :(

Super bummer, but it's getting taken care of at Berger's this time. Mike said this would be the only motor he was going to do this summer, so I guess I am lucky with that since it will be done right!!!!!!!! I'll be down in a few weeks and maybe hook up at Toad cove.

yeh i saw the toad cove black thunder, hes burning some fuel in that boat i see him every were and he's always in a hurry, i dont care for the colors up close but looks good out on the water. sorry to here about your motor but better to find out early in the game. see ya on the water.
