Merc ECU Screw up

Well after a little more digging we found out why the 225 EFI had 157 hours on the rev limiter. The ECU was replaced several years ago under warranty, the part number is correct. However, the rev limiter is set at 5000 instead of 5800. So what can we do, Merc doesn't want to hear about it.
