Ok sounds great Magic,
Like I said the electric motor on this 1 is fine, its the worm gears or whatever is inside the actuator they are all busted up

I spoke too soon.
Mine jammed again yesterday, in the down position. Not to worry, I can lift the hatch by hand.
Problem is I'll have to cut the wires, remove it, repair it, reinstall then re-solder the wires. Bull$hit!!

Mine grinds on the way up and down but still has a good motor, if anyone has one for parts I will buy it....
