I agree. With all the rescources that GM has, why can`t the designers get their heads out of their asses?

Guys, this is 2004!

The auto manufactures are not going to re-build the old muscle cars of the 60's and 70's so get over it. Motors, interiors, trannys, exteriors, all of this is going to look different and the GTO of 2004 is no different.

Here is a clip of a guy doing a burnout on a new GTO HERE

If they brought back the looks, feel, performance of the old cars, people would be bashing them for not handling as well or not as reliable etc...

Nice Posi shot on that burn out. But It's sounds way too quiet I wonder if it comes with silent choice?

I had a 1965 goat and if there going to bring the car back, Bring it back as a Muscle car Not a Half Ass Grand Am with a WS6 motor package, Speaking of the WS6 they should bring back the Fierbird and Camaro bad move on GMs part. Ford is going to kick ass big time with its 2005 Mustang GT.

My Trans Am is awesome and still turns heads. I have a family and its the closest I will ever get to a Corvette.

It looks like a messed up egg and to put the GTO name on it is a stinky omelet.
That car will be produced for 2 years and hit oblivion like all their revamping.

My first car was a '65 Tri-Power convertible, second car was a '69 Judge RamAir IV.
I now have a '69 convertible, RamAir IV, M22 Rock Crusher, 4.11 Posi.
Bring that cavalier look-a-like to the track and see what happens when the light turns green.............
