Well if all goes well this weekend I should get some running in to debug before the 11th!! Who's going? Anyone else from the G.R area????

Cool ! Hatter when you leaving? I'm taking Friday off and pulling up to Petosky in the morning. Want to hook up for the drive? What colors is your Velocity? I may have seen you going twards the launch a week or so ago. I live a block north of the DNR launch on Lake Mack.

I can't go gotta work :( I thought I was gonna go but then I got scheduled to do open houses. Weather looks like its gonna be crappy anyway. My velocity is maroon and black, the truck pulling it is a maroon ford ext cab. Is that your sonic as your avatar?

Ahh yes the good ole DNR ramp. I can't stand that ramp on saturdays. I think all the morons go there on purpose to piss off the people that know what they're doing. Last time I was there, there were two ramps open, some idiot decided he neede both of them, backed right down the middle. Then couldn't figure how he was going to get to his boat. Its a good thing I don't carry a gun.

So yeah I've seen your boat around before.

Hey Dyno I am heading up Friday also but, I am going to go after work. I will try to get out a little early. We had a blast last year and the Saturday night stay is very nice. Dwight

Whitey are you staying on the boat on Friday? I was debating wether to get a room or not?Is there room to camp at yzberts? I might have a full boat and it would be nice to use a tent ,or get them a room.

We are going to stay on the boat on Friday. The marina is great. I am assuming it is the same as last year. The sheet said Bay Harbor. Yzbert had a few slips altogether last year and I assume it will be the same for this year. We launched right at the marina also.

well that would be great! yzbert can we use that ramp again this year? I thought you may have mentioned camping for Saturday night also......I might have a full boat and it would be nice for them to camp or get a room close by any suggestions???

What's the scoop on this fun run??? Where's it at? I'm kinda hoping to get Boyd and Shirley(Mr & Mrs Cardshark) to come up that weekend. We were thinking of TC or Charlevoix as they've never been up to God's country, but maybe we could meet up with you guys.....

Last year Saturday night we slept on the boats at Mullet lake at the final destination. WE tied all the boat together and rafted and was ran ashore for the dinner.

i hope to have the bay harbor deal worked out, you guys, should be o.k., looks like 11 boats this year. should be able to find a spot for you to throw up a tent.

Scott it all depend so n how many crew I have and if they want to spring for a room or not. Is that Super 8 in Petosky? Cant wait to get there!!!

Scott I've got another boat we got room?he might be the smallest in the group but he wants to go 23 Wellcraft. I'm working on Crazy horse yet he's on vacation this week he should make the trip too!

I will be coming up either Thursday night or Friday morning with my wife Dawn and our 32 Sunsation, staying with friends in Bayshore on Thursday/Friday night. Anyone else coming up from SE MI? Bayley was hoping to join the group with his 32 Sunsation.

I would love to but we may have a new one pound puppy by next weekend.

Tom, the old man is towing the boat up to Petosky Friday morning (I can't get the day off) and I'm leaving the office about 3:30 PM Friday afternoon. I planned on meeting him up at Indian River around 8 PM so we can drop off a car at the Marina for Saturday night. Pop's isn't too cool with sleeping on the boat. The Indian River Marina is pretty close to where it sounds like we are ending up on Saturday (just a lengthy idle up the river) and I've gotten the Sunsation in there a few times before. I'm looking forward to meeting up with everyone up there, this should be a blast!

bayley, the marina is real close. we are about a mile from the mouth of the river.

so far the weather looks OK partly cloudy 75 degrees with 1-2 footers on Saturday!!!

The new puppy

Would you believe $1750 per pound. He is 9 weeks old and weighs about a pound.

That is about the same as the price of a new boat per pound..

strap a life jacket on it and lets go boating!!!!!

Steve that looks like a Grey hound snack to me!! Just razzn you Dude! Hey Mast is supposed to send me a check were in the money. I have a cooler cup life jacket that will fit right on that puppy Autumn puts it on her doll.....you can still go! load it up and go man!!!!

This puppy is about the size of a size 10 shoe. He looks a LOT bigger than he really is. That cooler cup would be too big.
