very interesting post sydwayz it certainly sheds a new light on the subject...but in the end, i would be glad to have my name on the do not call list... it htink most consumers would agree.

CBS just had a little segment on the Do Not Call...They said 100s of thousands are trying to get on the list as we speak..

AND politicians for soliciting for money

Wouldn't it be EASIER to make it the other way around...if you WANT calls, sign up, OTHER THAN THAT, leaves us alone! That way, we wouldn't be submitting our number to some list and THEY (telemarketers) would get a list of ONLY those who want calls? Or would that be too easy?
