Are you satisfied with the quality of the A. R. E. cap?
I just bought a Leer that looks alot like yours and all 3 windows are leaking. I will see if the dealer will be able to fix or if they will send it back to the factory. I may be looking for another cap...

My fire department rig has a Snug Top on it. This is my take home vehicle so it is well cared for, but it still gets it's fair share of abuse because it is a work truck. I have had the truck in minor floods, hurricane conditions and even blizzard like conditions and have yet to have any leaks or damage to anything in the bed. There is a lot of equipment in the back of the rig and this top has done a great job of keeping it dry, safe and secure.

SummerObsession : Nice looking rig. Please PM or e-mail me some specs and your asking price. It would make a great tow rig for either boat! I also have a friend shopping for a toterhome to pull his car trailer. I'll pass the info along to him as well. Thanks.

1989 GMC 2500 Dually. Kinda old but still runs like new and still looks o.k. The best thing about this truck is that it will start after sitting for 6 months. I only use this rig to bring the old boat to town when it needs out of water service. Hopefully no more than twice a year. It just sits the rest of the time. The boat is a 42' Harley, weighing in at 14,000 dry. I weighed the whole thing, truck and all: 24,300 lbs!

I tow with a 2003 gmc duramax allison trans 2wd and tow a 1995 40 hustler. ran from Florida to ok with no trouble at all. If you haven't bought a truck yet call my friends up that have a lot here in OK, they will cut you a great deal on any thing and can even locate a used one for you if needed.

Sharkey : The one on my FD truck is a Snug Top. I also had a Snug Top on my last personal pickup. They seem to hold up and they fit really well. Here is a picture of my old truck.
