Very unlikely to ever be a spam control list - way too easy for spammers to utilize offshore ISPs that are outside the control of US laws.

The arguments against a "No Spam" list are BULL$HIT!
If we can pass a law that says you cannot send drugs into the USA, you can pass a law that says you cannot send E-Mails into this country. Lack of knowledge that the drugs are destined for the USA is not a defense -- Why should spam be any different.:hothead: |
