Did you call on the boat , I would. It's probable a miss print or something is severally wrong with it.

Sounds like a hell of a deal pending condition... I had seen one for sale in Maryland kent island area, had base 454's, really low hours, like 70 and was going for around same price without the trailer....

I should call I'm ready to step up now ! HaHa!
