I didn't realize it was that kind of place. In that case I would not be there. If I tied my boat to a dock and came back later to find someone tied to my boat I would be pissed. If I wasn't told that others would be rafting off of me that is. If I was told then that is what I would expect to see. Rafting off may be part of boating but some people think running a boat up shallow rivers and over rocks is fun. My boat to me is a very large investment. And I spend a LOT of $ keeping it looking new. I get enough scratches of my own doing let alone someone elses. I don't have a problem rafting off with friends- I do it all the time. Most of my friends have smaller boats so many times mine is the anchor boat with others tied to me. But the bottom line is unless you did damage to my boat I would not be an ass. I would just ask you nicely to move your boat so that I could leave.

One time I cam outta the resturant and someone had moved my boat and tied it up to another boat so a big cruiser could tie up on the limited dock space (apparently he had "reserved" the spot" which was unbeknownest to me). I had to be calmed down by my buddies until I got the full scoop.....which I did not like anyway, but I calmed down and left peacefully. The boat was fine, just in a different location.
Pretty wierd feeling to come out of the resturante to find your boat missing!!
