Well according to the Winni site it was a "Cigarette" not a Fountain.

You would have to be blind to not see that it's a Fountain. The people on that site are clueless.

If that can be proved, sounds like wreckless endangerment and a major lawsuit.

Here is a scary quote from one of the posters...
