They will take pretty decent quality. Usually 650X480 *.jpg's
Then the phone links it up to the webserver and you can download them from online.
Sprint PCS has some of the best cam phone plans, but I hear the coverage sucks.

The phones are great. The coverage is terrible.
The new phones work on a new network. This new network allows for the new technology. The problem is that not enough people have switched to the new service, so it is very small.
They are SLOWLY expanding the new network nationwide, but it has to catch on before it will expand. People won't buy the new service if it doesn't work. See the problem?
I would wait until it's gets better before buying. The phones will be better by that time and you will be able to actually use it.

my understanding is you snap a pic, connect to the 'net on the phone, to send it wherever. Sprint 'net time is $.40 per minute. Sprint coverage sux bigtime. What-up Bob- long time no see.

I just bought the Nokia 3650 because I too was looking for a camera phone. If you get past the rotary type dial it is just an awesome phone by all means. I wasn't even really looking for a new cell phone but the wife and I were walking through the mall and stopped by the AT&T Wireless store. I asked the sales guy what the coolest phone they got was and he pulled this one out.
It has a 15mb memory card that you can upgrade to 128mb. Not only is it a camera but it can take 13 seconds of streaming video with sound. Then you can email the pictures to anyone! Here is an example of a picture I took yesturday when my department at work went out to lunch at the park. I took the picture and then emailed it back to work. If you can get it through AT&T you can be part of the whole MMode thing. Oh, yeah I can surf the internet too!

And this is the phone: The one I bought has a silver face plate and white back casing. I am very proud of my purchase.
OH YEAH, THE BEST PART>>>> For 14 bucks you can get a software package that well let you use your phone as a TV REMOTE, with the Infrared port!!!!!!
As you can tell I love it. I have yet to make a phone call with it!
