There are alot of unreal builders who can't get on with any of the top teams and to be put on a team by a so called nascar honcho
would not be good unless he owned the team as the guys with the jobs now worked very hard to get there and would very much look down on some like that ,As someone said a good team gets tons of apps a week not a month an this is guys with real experance ,tire changers are a different matter crew cheifs and builders on the top teams make 750k min. so those jobs are hard to get and keep .
Go with what c-spray and puder say volunteer first and work in you'll have a job for life and a very good one ,don't think its a cake walk just work at it ,good luck

I'm just looking for a entry level job or whatever. I know i'll start at the bottom and have no problem with that. I'm just trying to see what kind of jobs there are out there. I'm willing to do what ever it takes to start out. I have a lot of racing expierence going straight (NHRA,(badword with nascar)). JUst testing the water to try and see if anyone has any good or bad things to say. I'm sure I'm not going to just walk right in know matter who i know but there has to be a lot of jobs with all the team changes, and the sport growing so fast.
