Any Fl panhandle or Crestview area members?
 

I,m looking at homes in the Crestview area as well as all over Florida. Wondering if anyone can tell me what the area is like. We close on our house in about a month and then we go shopping but I'm trying to get an idea of some of these areas before we visit. I cant believe I can buy a 3,000+ square foot newer brick home on 5-7 acres under $4k !

Hehe, yup....missing some digits. $400k. Just found one east of Sarasota on 6 acres with a 6 car garage. Beautiful brick home on a river under $400K. You couldnt build the house for that here if you already had the land.
