is it just me or did the threats get bigger letters?

Looks fine here. Maybe, it's your browser...Occasionally, I see problems like that, but it's not and OSO thing on my end.

must be operator error on my part, every thins is 3 times bigger then it used to be. but all computer settings are the same. it is bigger only on this site.

Do you have a mouse with a wheel on it for scrolling?
If so, hold the control-key and scroll with the mouse. It should change the font size.

If that doesn't work, Go to "View" in the menu, then to "text size." Change it to "medium"
