Whats the proper etiquette on refills. Its always been my understanding that if there are a variety of drink sizes offered, then there are no refills. I have noticed, however, that people seems to refill whenever the drink dispenser is customer operated and employees don't seem to mind. Can you clarify?

Question can only be answered by a person with much authority, but in his absence “Too Old” has the correct amount of “Earthly” authority. I can’t help but feeling. “If the Good Lord” didn’t want us to partake in the refilling of our cups, (as long as they don’t runith over) he wouldn’t have let the Architects of these great Palaces of Worship leave the “Fountain” of refreshment out there for all who need refreshing to freely enjoy. The Lord would have locked the “Fountain” up behind the sacred counter. In his infinite wisdom, “Too Old” has seen it wise to not fool around with the Commandments of fast food. EAT, DRINK, AND BE MERRY, BUT DON’T CALL YOUR LAWYER WHEN YOU GAIN 100 LBS.
