OT: Cop killer killed in West Michigan...
 

Earlier this week Michigan State police tried to apprehend a suspect and he opened fire on them, killing Trooper Kevin Marshal. Wednesday they caught up with the suspect again, after 3 days on the run. When troopers ordered him to exit his vehicle with his hands up, he got out with an assault rifle and troopers shot him dead. NOT a smart man.

Trooper Marshal leaves behind a wife and two children, ages 2 and 5. Shooting this man dead was not punishment enough!!!

I know there are quite a few law officers on this site (troutly, hp500efi to name two) so I thought I would share this story. Cop killers are the WORST kind of criminal.

BTW, there are times I wish I was a policeman, I am not, but I am a "Barney Fife" at heart :)

And yes, he burned down his mother's house as a diversion to get away. Nice guy. Burrns down his OWN mother's house!! Got what he deserved.

Badguy hid in the basement, entry team hit the door and he fired up through the floor with a high powered rifle hitting and killing the one trooper. He escaped through a tunnel that went out past the perimeter team.

He was a member of the Michigan Militia and the place was basically a bunker, pretty much knew that guy wasn't coming in alive.

At least it saved tax payer money for a trial. He got what he deserved. I had a friend shot on the job, bullet went through his vest. Yes you read that right. Now we have to wiat for the A$$hole to go on trial. Fortunately my friend will be ok.
