mpejse i'm not poking fun directly at you or anyone.& i do respect your post. but i will add a little input.. so now all know's who Jack Bailey is .. let me just say a few word's here he has helped me out more time's than i have finger's & toe's "1 hand don't have but 3" :-) and lot's time's never cost me a dime.. and for 1500 he may not know who i am under Quote "alais" but he built 1 of my motor's once and yea it blew later! but to my stupidity not his. and yes back then it wasn't on time as promised so what.. being in business myself if i gave everyone i deal with their car back on time i'd be the King. that just doesn't happen you ever really call & get someone in part's say ooo that's on back order.. ? give the guy another chance i for one will be watching board

Are you bringing the cat to Jacksonville.

Tinkerer 07-17-2003 10:54 PM

Phantom-- The difference is that the company that you work for did not intentionally sell the customer used or substandard parts. You sold them a piece of equipment that just didn't quite fit their needs. The fact that you stood behind your equipment is why you still have that customer today. It is exemplary customer service that will keep you in business in todays market even if your prices are higher than the competition.
