I think Jay Castaline does them- owns Cast-a-Line Marine (Eliminator dealer) and South Florida Trailers in Hollywood. He is an OSO member ('cast') .

I think he did the survey on Crazyhorse's Cig38?. I have had dealings with him on a South Florida Trailer and he has been good to deal with. 954-966-0240.
