How were these boats with the 205 horse V6?A friend in GA is looking at this boat in Athens.

I looked at one for my first boat back in 1990 and it had a hard time planing with 2 or more people in it. once it planed out it ran good, about 50-55mph.

Not familiar with the 19, my recomendation would be to go up to the 22 pachanga assuming it's the pachanga line that your friend has a liking toward. The extra length will give you more room, a much better ride and bump you up to a 350 or better yet a big block. The big block would be the ticket... no issue planing and great throttle all the way through to top end.... Good luck!!!
